Marcolin, a worldwide leading eyewear company, announced today the acquisition of a new 3.500m2 manufacturing facility in Longarone (Fortogna area), in the heart of the eyewear district. Marcolin SpA today announced the next stage of the Marcolin USA/VIVA International Group integration execution, which includes the restructuring of its business to further enhance its consumer focus and drive the brand portfolio closer to market. Marcolin and Diesel reached an agreement for future eyewear licensing contract

Longarone, Italy, July 26th 2010 Marcolin Group and Diesel Group announce that today they have reached an agreement for a future 5-years licensing contract for production and world-wide distribution of Diesel sunglasses and ophthalmic frames.
