Carl Zeiss Vision Partners With Eye Care Video

SAN DIEGO, Calif.—Carl Zeiss Vision has named Eye Care Video as its latest Carl Zeiss Vision Rewards Preferred Partner. As a result of the partnership, Eye Care Video’s services will now be available to Carl Zeiss Vision customers at discounted prices that can be paid using Rewards points.

Eye Care Video produces “Video Practice Profiles,” for patient education and practice marketing. The videos can be used in the practice, on the practice’s website, or emailed to current and potential patients. The company is represented by Jobson ECP Business Services in the optical market.

“Carl Zeiss Vision Rewards is a way of investing in the practices that support us,” said Joe Donahoe, Carl Zeiss Vision’s president, North America. “We offer a range of products and services with special pricing, which practices can pay for simply by using Zeiss premium lenses. Eye Care Video is an excellent addition to our list of partners, because it gives practices a way to market themselves and grow.”

Bill Scott, president of Jobson ECP Business Services, added, “We look forward to working with Carl Zeiss Vision Rewards members in helping these practices drive new patients through their front doors while helping to optimize their websites and improving their overall search results on search engines such as Google.”

Practices can earn Carl Zeiss Vision Rewards points by using premium Zeiss lenses, including the full line of Zeiss customized lenses. Other Preferred Partners include Carl Zeiss Meditec, Santinelli International, Eyefinity/OfficeMate, Eyemaginations, Optimize and Demandforce. In addition, Rewards may be used as staff incentives, merchandise and approved practice building activities including consumer advertising.

Eye Care Video was founded in 2007 by former Fox News correspondent Erik Liljegren. The company has produced Practice Profile Videos for optometric offices across the U.S. and Canada, and online video marketing tools for clients such as Vision Source, Silhouette, Carl Zeiss Vision, Alcon Labs, Hoya, and Marchon.
